LUC Satisfaction Survey

As discussed in a newsletter email, we have created an online survey to gather opinions, thoughts, and maybe even some praise for how the ultimate club is run.  We need as many people as possible to share their thoughts so we can gauge the future direction of the league, where we play, how often we play, and what we can do to improve our services for you, our members.
