CEUUC 2009 - London

CEUUC 2009 is coming to London Ontario this year. 

The tournament will be hosted at the St. George's Rugby Club on their smooth, flat, irrigated fields.

NOTE:  The schedule can be found at the bottom of this page.

UPDATE:  Schedule for Sunday is posted with a legend for Open Games.

Accomodations:  We have partnered with the Hilton, London who is providing quad occupancy rooms for only $105 per night.  NOTE:  This offer expires on September 18th, so act fast.  Just mentioned CEUUC when reserving the rooms.  Visit the Hilton Website for more info or call (519) 439-1661. Billeting - if you would like us to try to find you a place to stay, please contact Tawnya at sportdev@londonultimate.ca.

Camping - The closest place to camp is at the Fanshawe Conservation Area.  You can reserve a site online, or by calling (519) 451-2800 ext. 368.

Dinner:  Saturday dinner will be provided by Big Daddy's BBQ.  We're talking pulled pork or chicken on a bun, side salads and soft drinks!  Enjoy your meal outside, or inside the licensed clubhouse.

Party:  UWO, the host team, is arranging all the finer details of the party.  One thing is for sure...  it will be a party you'll probably forget! (Provided that you are legal drinking age!)

To register a team, please send the following information to ceuuc2009@canadianultimate.com:

Team Name, University, Captain's Name, Captain's email and Phone Number

Payment is immediately due.  Payment instructions will follow after your send your registration email..

Cost:  $400 per team

PLEASE NOTE, this is a CUPA sanctioned event, and thus there are two important points regarding registration:

 1.  Rosters: All teams competing in the the 2009 CEUUC are required to submit an online roster.  In order to gain captain's access to submit a roster please contact CUPA at ed@canadianultimate.com with the following information: Team Name, University, Captain's Name & Captain's email.  Rosters must be submitted by September 23rd.
