24 mixed teams from Ontario, Quebec, Michigian, Ohio & New York State.

$400/team.  Includes Saturday & Sunday continental breakfast and Saturday Barbeque dinner, and Saturday Night PARTY!

Proceeds to the Unity Project for the Relief of Homelessness in London.

A big thanks to everyone who took part in London's first charity hat
tournament. The even was a huge success, and money was raised for
the local charity 'My Sister's Place'. Next year's event promises to

Hey Ladies - Practice is over for GLOW - Thanks to Devin for coaching us - you taught us alot!!!!

 Looking forward to next year - GLOW will probably start up late April, early May.   We will be looking to doing a number of tournaments and practices weekly.

 Thank you to everyone who came out to practices and/ or tournaments!

 The finals are today! Apparently people are talking about PPF.  Lotus lost their game and came in forth.  PPF won their second game and lost their last one...

PPT lost their first game to Stella.  Then won the next two, so they are in the top 6 to 12.  Placing them 2nd in their pool.  They have 4 games tomorrow and they play from 8:30-5pm.  Tawnya says it'll be a rough day.

This week in clinic we will cover whatever you need help with.  You can come as an individual or bring your whole team out to cover a topic together.  Look for Tawnya wearing a funny hat at St. George's Rugby Club on one of the fields beside the little hut.  Clinic starts at 6pm.  Hope to see you there!

Reminder about the up coming Cups Tournament and Pub-Crawl this Saturday. The tournament will be held in Gibbons park near the tennis courts.  To access this area by car take richmond to Victoria Street. Head west (left turn if coming from downtown) two blocks and turn left on Gibbons Place. The pub-crawl will leave from this location after the tournament and will head to the first stop: APK.

This week's clinic is a continuation of last week's clinic of Hucking and Receiving. We will be covering long forehand/flick throws and catching high, long throws (receiving). Look for Tawnya wearing a funny hat on one of the fields beside the little hut at St. George's Rugby fields. All experience levels welcome!
