This week in clinic we will cover whatever you need help with.  You can come as an individual or bring your whole team out to cover a topic together.  Look for Tawnya wearing a funny hat at St. George's Rugby Club on one of the fields beside the little hut.  Clinic starts at 6pm.  Hope to see you there!

This week's clinic is a continuation of last week's clinic of Hucking and Receiving. We will be covering long forehand/flick throws and catching high, long throws (receiving). Look for Tawnya wearing a funny hat on one of the fields beside the little hut at St. George's Rugby fields. All experience levels welcome!

If you want to improve your long throws, come out to this clinic. We can not guarantee that you will be able to throw the entire length of the field but we hope that you can throw farther than you did before! Receiving (catching a disc that is high in the air) will also be covered. All skill levels welcome. If you don't know what a 'dump' means in ultimate lingo, you should be at this clinic.  For those who do, clinic will be a good time to improve this important aspect of play. We will cover the finer points of dumping and give you an opportunity to practice.  Clinic will be held on one of the fields beside the little hut at St. George's Rugby field at 6:00-6:30pm. This week we will continue covering ZONE.  The positions in the back half of the zone will be reviewed along with more offense.  You will have a chance to practice against a team of 7 volunteers for both offense and defense.  Full team participation is encouraged.  The clinic runs from 6:00-6:30pm on one of the fields next to the little hut at St. George's Rugby fields.  Look for Tawnya wearing a Canadian hat!
